This is a really beautiful piece of blue diamond rough that was just discovered by Petra Diamonds in a mine near Pretoria. At 29.6 carats, what do you think it is worth? If you were the buyer of the rough, what would you make with it?

That is fantastic and very interesting. According to its shape, I can go for a round brilliant cut or Portuguese cut that I may achieve both brilliance and color. If cut, it may become a fancy Vivid blue color.
