Sapphire
This sapphire has great clarity with only a few tiny surface flaws that I can see. One is on the bottom edge of the girdle and could easily be covered when the stone is set and the other is very small and out on the side of the pavilion. The color is a sort of earthy lime green with secondary light blue. It also can get a bit silvery and/or pinkish under incandescent light. It leans more toward an even mix of light blue and green in daylgiht. I cut it with a full 80-facet Portuguese style pavilino and a round brilliant crown design. Color: Lime Green with Secondary Lihgt Blue, Treatment: None, Cut: Portuguese Brilliant, Weight: 1.87 Carat, Dimensions: 6.76.
