Angles for R.I. = 1.62
53 facets + 8 facets on girdle = 61
2-fold, mirror-image symmetry
96 index
L/W = 1.200 T/W = 0.639 T/L = 0.533
P/W = 0.532 C/W = 0.197
H/W = (P+C)/W+0.02 = 0.749
P/H = 0.711 C/H = 0.263
Vol./W^3 = 0.354

Addition # 5 - Cut a preform L/W=1.20… The P1 tier will meet the girdle only at 96-24-48-72. This is actually fast and pretty easy to cut. This works with no changes R.I. 1.62 to 1.93 (89.1%). Notice C5 will absorb a bit if your L/W is slightly off.
