Angles for R.I. = 1.76
65 facets + 12 facets on girdle = 77
4-fold, mirror-image symmetry
96 index
L/W = 1.000 T/W = 0.500 T/L = 0.500
P/W = 0.478 C/W = 0.176
H/W = (P+C)/W+0.02 = 0.674
P/H = 0.709 C/H = 0.262
Vol./W^3 = 0.280

Addition # 7 - The P5 establishes the P6(G) girdle corners by cutting to meet P3, P4 junction. You can save rough by just letting the corners float in… Doing it this way will make the crown slightly different, but will cause no problems. This is designed for re-cutting native cut Sapphires. I have made this design a mixed cut (like the native cuts) to help with yield and the brilliant crown increases sparkle. This design will probably darken most Sapphires a bit.
