P/W = 0.405 C/W = 0.208
H/W = (P+C)/W+0.02 = 0.633
P/H = 0.639 C/H = 0.329

Addition # 9 - Do not bother cutting a table on small stones (under 10mm). A table is helpful on large stones. Cut in refractive indexes 1.62 to 2.14 with no changes. This design is very interesting in Zircon, particularly light colored ones. Also try it in Garnets.
