L/W = 1.216 T/W = 0.667 T/L = 0.549
P/W = 0.480 C/W = 0.153
H/W = (P+C)/W+0.02 = 0.653
P/H = 0.735 C/H = 0.234
Vol./W^3 = 0.255
Addition # 7 - This is a little tough to cut the first time and not for a beginner. Once you do it, this design is easy. Rough P16 in to the correct L/W=1.216 before cutting the P12. It might take some tweaking on the P12-P14, this is made to float. Cut in refractive indexes 1.62 to 1.93 with no changes.
