H/W = (P+C)/W+0.02 = 0.638
P/H = 0.664 C/H = 0.304

Gram Book 1 - This design cuts easier than it looks. The step cuts have to be close to the diagram for the design to work. As you can see, they are pretty easy to judge because the P3 facets line them up, 2-8cts almost any material. A table can be cut to leave C7 a step on larger stones or do not cut C7 on a smaller stone and cut to meet C6. Cut in refractive indexes 1.73 to 2.14 (91.4%) with no changes.
